- Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the transaction date.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your account and visit the Support/Refund Request section.
- Provide transaction ID, date, and a reason for the refund request.
3. Review & Processing
- All refund requests are reviewed by our operations team.
- If approved, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds are not guaranteed for authorized and successful services unless there are errors identified on our side or agreed settlement issues.
5. Fee Refunds
- Platform/service fees may or may not be refundable based on the reason for the refund and services used. This will be specified in the final decision.
